Head Special Projects:
Faasos is a food on demand company primarily disrupting how people order and get food delivered on mobile. Today we are seeing unprecedented growth of our mobile app channel. We are present in six cities and are expanding fast to rest of India. As we keep building Faasos as India's largest food on demand business, I am looking for a rockstar to come on board and manage Special Projects for us.
Now, one may ask what is "Special Projects". Well, apart from it being a very cool sounding job title, I have a simple answer for this: while the rest of the company is focusing on making "today" and "tomorrow" better - more growth, more profit, more fun, "Special Projects" will be all about opening new frontiers for us, so that we become world beaters a few years down the line.
Essentially, this role will be all about working on absolutely uncharted territories, things that have not been done within Faasos or maybe, anywhere else. Stuff that will change people's lives (hopefully for better). It will be a 100% entrepreneurial role (without the worry of funding) whereby you will develop something from scratch, get it to an MVP level, iterate and refine, demonstrate results and then scale up. You will be working directly with me (incidentally, the CEO).
What we are looking for is a mind (and a brain) that's absolutely fearless, but at the same time disciplined (scatter guns with no execution focus not suited for this). I know these sort of geniuses come from all walks of life and hence have no expectation on education, age, profession, past experience etc etc. You just need to be ambitious enough to be wanting to break new grounds, thorough enough to think through execution, and hands-on enough to roll up the sleeve and get things done.
